Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at lov2u. Because our products are digital, downloadable, and printable assets, they cannot be physically returned or exchanged. Therefore, we maintain a strict refund policy to protect our digital content.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the immediate access nature of digital goods, all purchases made on lov2u are non-refundable and non-cancelable. Once you complete your checkout and the automated email with download links is generated, we cannot claw back the files, and therefore, no refunds can be issued.

2. Exceptions for Technical Issues

We want you to have a meaningful and healing experience with our ritual kits. We will consider a refund or replacement strictly under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Corrupted Files: If the downloaded files are damaged or unopenable due to a system or technical error on our end, and we are unable to provide a working replacement file within 48 hours.

• Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the exact same digital product twice in two separate transactions back-to-back, we will happily refund the duplicate charge.

3. What is NOT Eligible for a Refund

We cannot grant refunds for reasons such as:

• Changing your mind after downloading the files.

• Deciding you no longer want to perform the ritual.

• Inability to print the files due to home printer compatibility (all files are standard, universal PDFs).

• Failure to read the product description indicating that this is a digital, printable download rather than a physical product.
